Return & Exchange Policy
Please read the policy carefully before placing your order
In case a product is delivered with an incorrect size, color, or design different from what was ordered, we will offer an exchange for the same product.
To be eligible for an exchange, the customer must notify us via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.
Once we receive the request, our team will verify the issue. If the complaint is found to be valid, a replacement product will be shipped accordingly.
Please note that products are not eligible for return. Only exchanges are provided in applicable cases as mentioned above.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it and completing the payment, you may do so by submitting a cancellation request through the Order Cancellation Request option available in the website footer.
Cancellations are accepted only before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
After shipment, customers may only request an exchange in cases where the product received does not match the original order, as explained above.
